Whether you’re a newcomer working toward a chin-up or a seasoned athlete training to failure, Pull-It puts you in charge of your challenge: modify the intensity of any movement by increasing or decreasing your contact with the ground. Ergonomic rotating handles are gentle on joints, while the unlinked, dual-strap design is tough on stabilizing muscles.
How It Works
Attach Pull-It to any sturdy, horizontal overhead pole or rafter that’s 7-9ft (2.1-2.7m) high and able to safely bear your bodyweight, ensuring that the anchor is at least 2ft (0.6m) away from walls or sharp corners. Pull-It handles should come to your hairline. We recommend anchoring to a pull-up bar at the gym. Note: most doorway pull-up bars are too low for Pull-It.
